January 1, 2008, Toledo, Ohio—Long-time friends John Payak and Marty Dubbs are proud to announce the merger of their respective companies, the Payak Insurance Agency and the Johnston-Dubbs Insurance Agency. In recognition of the successful history of each agency the merged company will be the Payak-Dubbs Insurance Agency.

John, Marty and the entire staff of Payak-Dubbs will continue to focus on providing you the best insurance and risk-management solutions.
