Maumee, OH, May 2009 - The Payak-Dubbs Insurance Agency has moved into new office space. 

On April 1, 2009 the Payak-Dubbs Agency moved to new offices in the Arrowhead Business Park at 1755 Indian Wood Circle  Previously, the agency had been on Tremainsville Road in West Toledo where it had served the Toledo and surrounding communities for over 50 years. 

John Payak, who along with long-time friend Marty Dubbs own the agency, said this about the move.  “I grew up in West Toledo and it will always be home to me.  However, after the merger with Marty we decided to keep two offices in the area and felt that, strategically, the Maumee area complemented our Navarre Ave. office best.”

The search for the ‘right space’ took quite a long time, but when John ran into an old friend, Craig Burns of Burns Consulting, everything came together quickly.  Craig was the partner in a building at 1755 Indian Wood Circle and half of the building had been empty for several months.  His partners had just announced to Craig that they would be willing to sell their ownership if Craig could find an acceptable partner.  Along came John and the deal was made.

The move went smoothly with the entire staff involved in the packing and unpacking.  According to John, “Without the help of our dedicated staff this move would have been very difficult.  We are very fortunate to have such wonderful people in our agency.”

Now the Payak-Dubbs Agency can look forward.  With two Toledo area locations, the East Office on Navarre Avenue and the West Office in Arrowhead Park, friends, clients and prospects of the agency are invited to ‘Move in with us’.   

Marty Dubbs, co-owner explains, “When you live with someone successfully, it requires mutual respect, caring for each other and effective communication.  That is exactly how we approach our clients and prospects.  We understand that doing business together requires both parties to be engaged in the business relationship to make it work best.  We believe that many people feel the same and those people will find a ‘great home’ at Payak-Dubbs.”
